Industries We Serve

We manufacture RF-welded and heat-sealed products for buyers who cannot afford a failure in the field.

Military and defense. Carolina CoverTech produces items such as tactical pouches, hydration bladders, protective enclosures, and specialty assemblies for DoD contractors and prime suppliers. All manufacturing is U.S.-based, and we maintain full supply chain documentation for Berry-compliant projects.

Medical and healthcare. We manufacture IV bags, wound care pouches, fluid containment systems, and inflatable positioning devices where airtight, sterile seals are non-negotiable. Our team understands the material and documentation requirements of healthcare manufacturing.

Industrial. Containment berms, custom bladders, protective covers, and sealed enclosures built for environments where leaks, pressure loss, or seal failure carry real consequences. We work from your specs or help you develop them.

Commercial and consumer. Inflatable structures, waterproof gear, and custom sealed products at production scale. If your product requires a strong, flexible, leak-proof bond and you are ready to move from prototype to volume, we are built for that.

How We Work

We have built our process around one priority: getting your product right the first time and into production without delays.

Step 1: Discovery - We identify and solve the right problem.

Before anything else, we need to understand what you are trying to build, not just the dimensions, but the performance requirements and the environment the product will live in. We will tell you honestly if RF welding is the right process for your application, or if heat sealing or another method is a better fit. This is where projects succeed or fail, and we take it seriously.

Step 2: Prototype - You approve the seal before we scale.

We build a proof of concept or working prototype so you can evaluate the weld quality, seal integrity, and dimensional fit before production tooling is finalized. Dies are fabricated in-house, so we can move fast and iterate without waiting on outside vendors. If something needs to change, this is the moment to change it, not after a production run.

Step 3: Production - Your specs, our standards.

Once the prototype is approved, we lock in the manufacturing process: die configuration, material sourcing, cycle times, and quality checkpoints. Every production run goes through inspection before it ships. You will know what to expect on delivery because we have already built it once and caught any issues at the prototype stage.

Step 4: Delivery - Packed to your requirements

Your order ships palletized and packed to your specifications. If you have specific carrier requirements, labeling needs, or delivery window constraints, tell us upfront, and we will build that into the process from day one.

Why Choose Carolina CoverTech?

  • In-house die fabrication. We design and build our own tooling. That means faster prototype turnaround, tighter tolerances, and no third-party delays when a design needs to change.
  • Engineering involvement from day one. We review your specs before tooling is ordered, not after. Material compatibility, seam placement, and die geometry decisions made early save time and cost downstream.
  • U.S. manufacturing with full documentation. All production is completed at our facility in North Augusta, South Carolina. For Berry-compliant projects, we maintain supply chain documentation throughout.
  • One partner from prototype to production. The team that builds your prototype runs your production. No handoffs, no surprises.
